Julienne in zucchini (light version)

Ingredients

zucchini 1 kg
boiled mushrooms (any) 400 gram
milk 0.5% 100 ml
natural yoghurt / greek 200 grams
egg C-O 1 piece
chickpea flour, whole, premium wheat 1 tablespoon
bulb onions 1-2 pieces
odorless vegetable oil for frying
salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • 1.Prepare zucchini - peel large ones, cut across into washers 3-4 cm high.
  • Small like mine, cut in half lengthwise. Make indentations by taking out some of the pulp. Lightly add salt.
  • 2. Fry finely chopped onion in a little oil. Add mushrooms and zucchini pulp, stir, fry. Sprinkle the roast with flour and stir. Pour in milk, boil, stirring, until thickened, salt, add your favorite spices.
  • 3. Fill the courgettes with the resulting mushroom mixture.
  • 4. Place the prepared courgettes in a deep roasting dish or baking dish.
  • 5. Mix yoghurt and egg, add a little salt. Drizzle the zucchini on top.
  • 6. Bake the zucchini until cooked or until browned in an oven preheated to 200 degrees (40-50 minutes).
  • Serve with fresh vegetables and sauce. I have mayonnaise.
