Pasta in a thick orange sauce (Multicooker Redmond RMC-02)

Ingredients

Pasta (any kind) 100 g
Pumpkin (peeled) 90 g
Carrots (peeled) 70 g
Onions (peeled) 70 g
Almette Cream Cheese 50 g
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Santa Maria pizza and pasta spices taste
Vegetable oil on demand
Water (for boiling pasta) 1 liter

Cooking method

  • You can take any pasta for this dish according to your wishes and possibilities. I had a pasta made with a Philips HR2355 / 09 pasta machine with an Angel Hair attachment. For the amount of food needed to make the sauce, I made a conversion to 100 g of pasta. It is clear that we take this as a basis, and then we vary it to our liking.
  • I cooked pasta and sauce for it at the same time. I skip the process of making pasta, as I did it according to the standard program specified in the recipe book for the pasta machine.
  • Shortly before the end of cooking the sauce, boiled the pasta in water until the desired degree of readiness.
  • I put diced carrots and onions into a cold bowl of a multicooker, added vegetable oil, salt, pepper and a mixture for pizza and pasta (garlic, paprika, tomatoes, onions, basil, oregano, rosemary, chili, fennel). Installed the "Baking" program, stewed in oil for 20 minutes from a cold state under a closed lid, stirring occasionally. I put the pumpkin cut into cubes, added oil and spices, simmer for another 10 minutes under a closed lid, stirring occasionally.
  • I put the vegetables into the bowl of a hand blender and pureed. I put the vegetable puree into the multicooker bowl, added Almette curd cheese, mixed. The sauce is ready.
  • I put boiled pasta in a multicooker bowl to the finished sauce, mixed. She turned off the multicooker. She let the dish brew for 5 minutes.
  • The result is a dish with a very delicate creamy vegetable taste.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

You can puree vegetables right in the multicooker bowl, which greatly speeds up the cooking process, but I feel sorry for the bowl, so I used the blender bowl.

The sauce, if necessary, can be made thinner by adding a little chicken (meat, vegetable) broth.
