Ingredients

Milk 100 ml
Water 100 ml
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon, or to taste
Semolina 60 g
Egg 1 PC
Breadcrumbs For breading
Vegetable oil For frying

Cooking method

  • Bring milk + water + salt + sugar to a boil, add semolina.
  • Cook a thick porridge. Beat the egg, cool the porridge and mix with the egg. You can add vanillin for flavor, you can add raisins (soaked), you can add a little zest, it all depends on your taste and imagination. Roll into balls, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. It turns out very tasty.
