Diet Pear Citrus Jam

Ingredients

peeled pears 700-800 grams
zhelfix 2: 1 1/2 bag
lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons
fresh zest taste
stevia / stevioside / rebaudioside optional

Cooking method

  • Put the peeled pears in a container with a microwave lid and boil in the microwave for 5-7 minutes at maximum power (until juice is released)
  • Transfer to a saucepan. Pour in the juice (be guided by your pears so that it is not bland).
  • If you want to add stevia. I didn't, the pears are sweet.
  • Add gelatin. Bring to a boil, simmer for 3 minutes.

  • Transfer to banks. Cool down. Keep refrigerated

Note

The jam turned out with a slight sourness and pear aroma
It goes well with cheesecakes and casseroles
