Jam has a very interesting and piquant taste
I immediately remember the combination of "salty caramel", a weak-weak taste of salt and pepper. But it tastes so neat and piquant - very original!
I liked the taste of the baked plum in this way, I will definitely cook it on occasion.
And now I have 6 jars of jam! Enough for this winter.
