Pork with mustard-beer sauce in Portuguese

Ingredients

Pork (thin slices) 4 things.
Light beer 200 ml
Mustard (preferably Dijon) 1 tsp
Garlic 2 teeth
Salt pepper
1/2 lemon juice
Butter 20 g
Olive (vegetable) oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Season the pork slices with salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped garlic and 50 ml beer.
  • Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours. The more, the better.
  • Then heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry quickly on both sides over medium heat.
  • Mix mustard with marinade and remaining beer and pour into skillet with meat.
  • Simmer over medium heat until the sauce is at least halved and slightly thickened.
  • At the end add butter and let dissolve in the sauce.
  • Serve immediately with french fries and vegetable salad. Well, for beer lovers - open a bottle!
