Chicken legs baked with olives

Ingredients

Chicken legs 8 pcs. (you can have legs, then 4 pieces and cut them into 2 parts)
Garlic 4 teeth (less if you don't like too spicy)
Vinegar 5% 60 g
Olive (vegetable) oil 50 g
White wine 120 g
Oregano 1 tbsp. l.
Olives (I have stuffed with pepper, cut into rings) ½ tbsp.
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Brown sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, vinegar, oil, wine and oregano.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, put in the marinade and roll well in it.
  • Add olives and bay leaves. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. I did it in the morning and fried it for dinner.
  • Then place the meat on a baking sheet in one layer.
  • Pour the marinade over the meat and sprinkle with sugar.
  • The oven is preheated to 180 gr. oven, occasionally pouring sauce. I baked with convection at 170 gr.
  • Place the chicken on a platter and lightly pour over the sauce.
  • It is best to serve white rice with such a chicken. If desired, it can be poured with chicken baked sauce.
  • I also read that this chicken can be cooked in HP. I did not try. But if anyone has a desire, you can experiment. It is written that you need to put the meat in a bucket of HP, fill it with marinade, turn on the baking program, 1 hour. In this case, cook half the food.
