Korean-style tomatoes (option with carrots)

Ingredients

Red tomatoes (dense) 2 kg.
carrot 300 gr.
bell pepper colored 5 pieces.
vegetable oil 100 ml.
garlic 5 tooth.
hot pepper 1/2 pcs.
salt 2 tbsp. l.
sugar 120 g
parsley bundle
vinegar 9% 100 ml.

Cooking method

  • We wash and clean all the vegetables.
  • Then we pass carrots, hot and bell peppers and garlic through a fine grinder.
  • Add sugar, salt and vegetable oil to vegetables and mix thoroughly until sugar and salt dissolve.
  • Parsley (I take a bunch, which barely shrinks into a fist, along with the stems, then I tear off the bare stems, the rest is for use), carefully wash, remove excess moisture and chop finely, add to vegetables.
  • For tomatoes (preferably the same size), cut out the stalks and cut them in half. We put the tomato halves in one layer in sterilized jars, on top - a layer of ground vegetables and parsley (about 2-3 tbsp. L.). And so on until the end of the ingredients.
  • We close the jars with lids and sterilize in a water bath for 10 minutes.
  • Then we roll up the cans with lids, wrap them in a blanket, turning the cans upside down until they cool completely. Store in a cool place.

Note

Very tasty tomatoes are obtained, we have already sentenced two jars, although there are still enough fresh tomatoes from the garden.
