Rye dough
Rye flour 300 g
Curdled milk 150 ml

Cooking method

  • Marinate chicken thighs - with garlic passed through a garlic press, with soy sauce, with your favorite spices,

  • mix well, pour oil, again thoroughly, stir with effort. We put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Knead the rye dough and put it in the refrigerator.
  • Then, in a baking dish (I have an old cast-iron frying pan) we put the rolled rye dough so that the sides hang from the pan, put the thighs, put a lemon thinly cut in half rings between the pieces, pinch the sides of the dough with a rim. Sprinkle everything with vegetable oil.

  • After 25 minutes of baking, T was reduced to 200. Bake for another 20 minutes. At the end of the process, I left it in the turned off oven for another 20 minutes.
  • You can take any dough. But when baking, there was such an aroma from rye dough and chicken with a lot of garlic !!!! And about the taste, I generally keep quiet, especially from the crust! I love rye bread!

Our father-in-law categorically does not tolerate cilantro, neither dry nor fresh. Duck and do not put it anywhere. And my grandfather could not stand garlic.

I just had a little fun. There were not enough chicken thighs, I added a pork shoulder, put also large-cut potatoes in the same place (I was too lazy to cook a side dish separately!), Instead of lemon, slices of yellow tomatoes (they won't understand my lemon with meat!), Instead of curdled milk, whey and a little more salt.
