Cooking method

made ketchup yesterday. true with minor changes in spices. chopped with a blender during cooking. did not add starch. and the vinegar at home was only 6%. cooked longer to thicken. stood the night. took a sample. it is sooo tasty! and fragrant. I will do one more thing!
