Ingredients

Ready puff yeast-free dough 2 packs
Minced meat (pork + beef) 350-400 gr
Mashed potatoes + 1 egg 350-400 gr
Fried mushrooms with onion 350-400 gr
Fried fish fillet, I had pollock 350-400 gr
Rice with vegetables: 350-400 gr
Onion, grated carrot, tomato to taste and availability

Cooking method

  • The recipe is good for disposing of dishes left over after a big holiday lunch or dinner, I'm talking about the filling. The usual mashed potatoes were, boiled rice with stewed vegetables, onions, carrots, tomatoes was. The fish was fried, I separated the fillets and mashed them with a fork into small pieces. Additionally, I fried mushrooms (mushrooms-freezing) and minced meat.
  • We make all the filling according to our taste and preferences, with the spices that we love. I didn't add anything special, everything was as usual, I salted and pepper, fried and extinguished the minced meat with seasoning from a bag "for meat".
  • I took out 2 packs of dough with 5 plates (2x5 = 10) in advance, thawed them, but so that the plates would not stick together. For each pie I connected and rolled out 2 plates, placed the filling on a long strip, pinched. The procedure was repeated 4 more times, it turned out 5 long cigar pies in the size of a baking sheet. And I sent all this deliciousness to the oven preheated to the maximum for 15-20 minutes.

Since all the filling is ready, the dough is defrosted in advance, I spent quite a bit of time, with baking for 30-40 minutes.

A very convenient cake in terms of the desires of households and guests, someone today does not want it with potatoes, and someone today does not like rice or fish filling ... Based on the size of the baking sheet and the number of dough pieces in a pack, you will have simultaneously 5 (!) different (!) pies for every taste! The fillings can be varied, with the exception of the simultaneous baking of potato-rice-meat with sweet fillings. Determine the baking time depending on the capabilities of your oven.
