Cooking method

  • Meat - pork tenderloin and shoulder, beef tenderloin in equal parts, pass through a meat grinder, knead well, adding milk and semolina. Finely chop the onions, add them to transparency in butter, cool and mix with the minced meat.
  • Forest mushrooms - if not, you can buy any purchased ones - cut and fry with onions.
  • Peel potatoes and three on a coarse grater.
  • We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lightly grease with vegetable oil, spread the minced meat in portions with a thin pancake, up to 1 cm thick,

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, send the cutlets for half an hour. Sprinkle grated cheese on top 5 minutes until tender.
