Mushroom terrine with eggs

Ingredients

Champignon 1 kg.
onion 2 pcs.
boiled eggs 8 pcs.
raw eggs 2 pcs.
hard cheese 200 BC
dill bundle
butter 20 g
vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
breadcrumbs 2-3 st. l.
salt taste
ground black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Mushroom terrine with eggsCut the mushrooms and onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates. Allow to cool.
  • Mushroom terrine with eggsBoil eggs hard-boiled. Cut into cubes.
  • Add chopped eggs and dill, raw eggs to fried mushrooms. Add grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper and mix gently.
