Ingredients

Potatoes (Jerusalem artichoke) 150 g
lard (ham) 30 g
Wheat flour (hemp fiber) 0.8 tbsp. l.
grated cheese for sprinkling 20 g

Cooking method

  • If you follow the recipe strictly, the potatoes should be cut into thick circles and boiled lightly in salted water. Then put cheese, flour and lard in the drained water, pour over the potatoes again and bake.
  • Instead of potatoes, we had Jerusalem artichoke - this year, more than ever, a lot of it was born! Therefore, we eat instead of potatoes.
  • We washed it thoroughly, cut it, put it in a portioned baking pot, rolled jamon slices on top, hemp fiber instead of flour, sprinkled a little mushroom broth, grated cheese on top.
  • Chupama
  • We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
