Ingredients

Chanterelles fresh / frozen 2/1 st.
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Carrot 0.5 pcs.
Medium onion 1 PC.
Dill
Salt pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
Butter for frying
Processed cheese 100 g

Cooking method

  • I'll make a reservation with the onion. Usually onions are used, but today I bought a huge leek for a promotion, left the white part for other purposes, but added the green part instead of onions.
  • The soup is prepared very quickly and easily.
  • Lightly fry the mushrooms in a pan, add chopped onions, grated carrots on a coarse grater. Continue to fry over low heat for another 5-7 minutes, stir twice, add a little butter, cover and simmer for another five minutes. Peel potatoes, cut. Put the vegetables from the pan into a saucepan, potatoes on top, pour boiling water until your favorite soup thickness. Cover, leave to simmer. Grate the cheese, add to the pan, mix. Cook until the potatoes are ready. A few minutes before turning off the gas, salt and pepper.
  • Add dill to a plate.
