MariSwhat a recipe! I will ask seditious - is it necessary only yolks or can you just have a couple of eggs?
And clean the tangerine slices from the partitions too, or is it enough to just remove the white?

Helen, I am very glad that I liked the casserole pie! : rose: I also thought about the New Year's table: it is very easy to prepare.
Constantin, I very carefully said about cognac in the first step ...

Dina, yolks are better, and if eggs, then one thing - after all, there is very little flour ...
Deana
MariS, that's great! It is clearly not mine to divide into yolks and whites. But how to clean the slices? Can I leave the walls or * naked *?
MariS
Deana, but in general you can also 2 eggs - it will be almost a charlotte ...
The slices of tangerines do not need to be peeled naked - these are oranges with a thick white film, tangerines with a thinner one. They are easily divided into slices - so put them whole in the dough. If the tangerines are large, you can cut the slices in half (I have one tangerine cut like that).
Deana
MariS, all the best and the best! The quantity seems to be not very large, what do you think, what shape is suitable with what diameter? 20 cm? 24?
MariS
Deana, 20 cm is probably better, 24 is a bit too much (I have an oval one).

The form is just freaky! Because of her one casserole you will bake
MariS
Deana, Thank you! At first I played with the form a little ... now I don’t forget other forms. But the main thing, as they say, is not the form, but the content (in our case, the content)!
Albina
Marina, New Year's holidays are coming and most likely they will not be an exception in the abundance of tangerines - then there will be something to roam with While bookmark

MariS, Marina, tangerine time ... thanks
MariS
Albina, Albinathank you girls! Glad we looked at the pie. He's like that - very winter. Today, on a black discount Friday (Saturday, it is true, already, but we still have Friday until Monday) I bought a specially small form with winter patterns for him (reminiscent of gzhel) ...
I will often bake - he really cheers me up! And I wish you that !!!
Innochek
Did it yesterday. In the form of a Christmas tree (now in fixprice).
When I added tangerines, I thought there were too many of them! But after baking it turned out that I was greedy and did not report.
Very tasty, fast and inexpensive!

Inna, yes, it is advisable not to feel sorry for tangerines - with them the pie is so juicy! How glad I am that after all the pie - casserole came to taste. And many thanks for the photo!
