Ingredients

For tortillas:
flour 250 g
baking powder 1 tsp
milk 150 ml
butter 15-20 g
salt 1/4 tsp
Filling:
zucchini 250 g
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC
a hen 350 g
celery stalks 4 things
green onions (I have leeks) 4 feathers
mayonnaise 120 g
milk 1 st
mozzarella (can be hard cheese) 30 g
salt pepper taste
flour 2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Vegetables with chicken, stewed in milk and then baked under wheat flour cakes - a simple, but such a homely, cozy dish! Try how delicious it is!
  • Boil chicken breasts or other chicken parts until tender.
  • Chicken cobbler with vegetables Cut into small cubes.
  • Chicken cobbler with vegetables Chop the vegetables: finely chop the celery and green onions (I have leeks), chop the red pepper, peeled from seeds, thinly chop the zucchini into slices.
  • Chicken cobbler with vegetables Fry celery, red pepper, zucchini and green onions in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes. Add flour, stir and fry for another 1 minute.
