Cooking method

  • Carp baked in the oven is always delicious. Today I bring to your attention a carp cooked according to German Christmas motives, baked in beer, with my slight changes.

  • In the meantime, we will deal with vegetables: chop onions and garlic, fry in olive oil,
  • cut leeks and carrots into rings and send them there -
  • fry and then simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.

Now, for the festive table, you need to transfer the carp to a dish and collect the carrots and onions to puree them, and serve with the fish. Add butter and basil to the puree. We did not do this solemn moment. Carp already looked very festive! And for Christmas we will do it according to all the rules.
