Hurray, I'm not alone! And it seemed that absolutely everyone was making stuffed pancakes and then certainly they were fried in butter. GruSha, I also like to add a little raisins to the filling.

I add an egg to the filling, and therefore I heat the pancakes in a micowave.
Very often it turns out that I cook them for future use - I freeze them after cooking. And then I take it out and warm it well.
And I also don't put the cottage cheese in one place, but smear it a little on the central part, then after folding the pancake turns out to be sandwiched. I like it that way.

lina, I also add raisins sometimes, but now I can't, or rather the baby can't

In pancakes with cottage cheese, I spread the cottage cheese over the pancake and roll the pancake into a tube.
If you freeze it, I put it in a container that is suitable in shape, in which you can then immediately reheat it.

In pancakes with cottage cheese, I spread the cottage cheese over the pancake and roll the pancake into a tube.

And if then (even after the freezer) put these tubes in a frying pan, warm up a little and then pour a mixture of eggs with sour cream, cream, fry this charm and hold it under the lid, it will work out ... it will work out ...

In general, try it yourself. You can use it hot and cold.
