Ingredients

Veal (pulp) 600 g

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Salt taste

Garlic 2 tooth.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Tomato sauce 380 g
Water (boiling water) 100 ml
Cheese 50 g
Dill

Cooking method

  • I use chilled meat and do not marinate it first, because I know that it will be soft after cooking.
  • Veal baked with Sauce ala DolmioI cut the veal into portioned pieces about 1 cm thick and go over them with a tenderizer from both sides.

I add my own tomato sauce (I will give a link to the recipe below), which I added to this meat for the first time (I usually cook with mashed tomatoes in my own juice). I pour in water, stir, bring everything to a boil and
