For the first time I was in a hurry and did not see that the temperature should be 200, not 180 degrees. Therefore, they came out pale. Now I have improved. Another point, I added 60 grams of whole grain flour. It’s too good she takes water on herself, 80 grams is too much for me. Everyone has different flour, my flour (wheat flour of the highest grade) does not differ in high humidity.
