Ingredients

pork ribs 1.5-2 kg
fresh tomatoes 350 g
red onion 120 g
tomato paste 2 tbsp. l
red wine vinegar 40 g
odorless vegetable oil 40 g
salt 30 g
sugar 2 tsp
capers 1 tbsp. l
garlic 2-3 cloves
thyme (leaves) 3 twigs
mixture of 5 peppers, freshly ground 1 tsp

Cooking method
