Ingredients

Turkey medallion 400-450 g
Bread (I took both rye and wheat) 100-130 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Mozzarella 100-120 g
Egg 1 PC
Flour 50-70 g
Basil, dried parsley taste
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method
