Lingonberry broth (for meat)

Ingredients

Frozen or soaked lingonberries 1 tbsp.
Muscat, cinnamon pinch
Small piece of ginger root,
can be canned
Mustard (ready-made) 1 tsp
Starch 1 tsp
Rye flour 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • If the lingonberry is soaked, then we cook it in the actual lingonberry water. If it's ice cream, then add a little water to the stewpan (so that it doesn't even cover all the berries). Throw a piece of ginger root into the saucepan.
  • Cook until the berries begin to burst - then grind everything with a blender. Add spices, mustard, starch and flour. Boil for another 3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Note

I never tire of talking about my love for soaked lingonberries. The best side dish for meat, in my opinion.

But I prepared this sauce for the first time and realized that I could not be silent !! He's great!!

Serve with meat and enjoy

Cubic, I accidentally wandered into this part of the forum and saw your lingonberry broth. I wanted to do it right away, right now. Well, where can I find lingonberries at 11 pm in our darkness ?! So you have to postpone until the morning at least. I stole the recipe, and thank you for it.

If you manage to try everything, then you won't even look at the ketchup

Cubic, I did - really, only yesterday. But almost half have already been eaten. The only thing: I had to add a little sweetener. After all, the "water" of the soaked lingonberry contains sugar, and I had ice cream. At first I thought that I put a lot of ginger - this is when I tried the hot sauce. But cooled down -. What ketchup is there! Fi ... Thanks again. I wonder if the people didn't notice this Temko? Indeed, it is really amazingly tasty, and to do it is very fast.
