Ingredients

Liver (any) 500 g
White cabbage 300 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Egg (C1) 3 pcs.
Milk 500 ml
Potato starch 2 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Liver soufflé with cabbageCut the cabbage into 1 cm cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
