Ingredients

Peas (halves) 250 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Rosemary twig or pinch (if dry)
Egg 1 PC
Butter 15 g
Vinegar (wine, apple) 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 h l
Salt taste

Cooking method

Cool recipe. And vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice or something else. I don’t use vinegar.

An interesting dish. I remember when I served in the army, we were fed with pea porridge, it looked very similar. Of course, no eggs, much less rosemary were not put in it, but the consistency and color are the same. You could stick a fork into the bowl of porridge, turn it over and pull out all the porridge in the form of a giant popsicle)))
