Ingredients

chicken breast fillet 1 piece
egg 1 piece
starch, flour, gluten (like mine) 1 rounded tablespoon
coconut flakes 40-50 grams
paprika, salt, garlic powder taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the chicken breast, cut into pieces of equal size, dry with a towel.
  • Put spices to taste in flour, starch or gluten. I use gluten, it has less carbohydrates.
  • In separate bowls, break and beat the egg a little, and pour in the coconut.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Dip the pieces first in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg and breaded in shavings.
  • Put on a baking sheet and bake until browning for 30-35 minutes.
  • We take out and serve with any side dish or with fresh vegetables.
