  • It is not difficult to prepare meat - the main thing is to cut it correctly and clean the ribs well.
  • Cut the meat between the ribs to separate them. We remove the remnants of meat from the ribs, carefully scraping them with a knife. Rub salt and pepper into each cut and put a few thyme leaves.
