Brazilian chocolate cake "Nega maluca"

Nega maluca Brazilian chocolate cake

Ingredients

Dough:
wheat flour c. from. 160 g
eggs (weight without shell) 120 g
sugar 190 g
cocoa powder 55 g
odorless vegetable oil 105 g
boiling water 120 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
baking powder 2 tsp
salt pinch
Glaze:
cocoa powder 20 g
milk 30 g
condensed milk 100 g
butter 15 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix flour with cocoa powder. Sift into a bowl where the dough will be kneaded.
  • 2. Add sugar, vanilla and salt and stir with a whisk.
  • 3. Pour in vegetable oil, stir with a spoon.
  • 4. Pour in boiling water, stir with a spoon.
  • 5. Add eggs to the dough and then baking powder. Stir with a whisk.
  • 6. Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with flour, shake off excess flour.
  • 7. Pour out the dough.
  • 8. Send the form to the oven, preheated to 180C degrees, for 40-50 minutes. Willingness to check with a toothpick. There should be no traces of the dough on it.
  • 9. Cool the cake slightly in the pan and then on the wire rack.
  • 10. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients for the glaze. Stir and put on low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
  • 11. Apply icing to the cake. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
  • 12. Decorate as desired, cut into portions and serve.

Note
