Honey pie on kefir

Ingredients

Egg C1 2 pcs
Sugar 120 g
Honey 120 g
Kefir (curdled milk) 120 g
Flour 150 -170 g
Nuts (walnuts) 50-100 g
Soda (do not replace baking powder!) 1 tsp
Vanillin optional

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, add honey, soda and beat until honey is completely dissolved.
  • Add kefir (I have a rather sour yogurt), beat again. Add flour mixed with chopped nuts. Stir with a spatula. The dough is not very thick, pouring.
  • Place the dough in a greased and floured baking dish. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  • The height of the cake will depend on the size of the selected form.

We are now all with forms, so I decided to oven in a metal, under it is a Teflon mesh. 10 minutes after turning it on (baked from a cold one), covered it with a Teflon rug, because the gingerbread grew just rapidly and on one side it was slightly fried, after another 7 minutes it turned off and left in the oven for 3 minutes. The total baking time is 17 minutes. Probably it was necessary to immediately cover the form with a rug. If the oven without it is only on a rug with a mesh, then most likely it would not have fried, maybe it would just be a little lower.
