Note

The onion is based on a recipe by Chef Hector Jimenez. The book "Bravo".
In principle, I practically did not change anything. Only the author has a calf liver and a large proportion. Tasty and unusual. Onion, oddly enough, acquires some kind of even neutral taste, as in my opinion. Looks festive on the table and intriguing. Recommend!

Angela, a very stylish snack! More and more I envy you that you have such a boss as Jimenez.

The performance is great! Bravo!

The technique of cooking onions for such a snack was taken away. And the fillings can be varied, and this one is very worthy!
ang-kay
Sveta, thanks!

I don’t eat with him. And I’m not talking about studying at all. Guess the pier itself)

Not beaten. Exactly.

What an unusual recipe!
Only I would not bother with pancakes, I would simply fry and chop the liver.

Irene, the wrong taste will be. Is there a difference between fried liver and pancakes from it? But here the master is the master.

There is, of course, a difference. Therefore, I would not bother with pancakes, so as not to lose the bright taste of chicken liver
Well, and a little less calories, if you do not add flour. It's enough that there is orzo pasta.

Irene, no one bothers to do as he wants. I just reproduced the recipe from Chief. And I think it is self-sufficient in order to change something.
