Ingredients

wheat flour / grade 300 BC
sugar 50 g

raisins 40 g
salt 1/2 tsp
vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Add salt after 5 minutes.

  • The dough is slightly sticky, soft.
  • Pour the dough on the table, lightly oiled.

  • Leave to ferment at room temperature for 2.5 hours.
