Ingredients

fillet of white fish (cod, pollock, haddock, etc.) 100 g
puff pastry 100 g
onion 0.5 pcs
dry white wine 2 tbsp. l.
cream 20% 80 ml
cottage cheese 50 g
mozzarella balls 2-3 pcs
salt taste
Provencal herbs taste

Cooking method

  • Fish julienne under puff pastry Thinly chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

  • We send the molds to the oven, preheated to 200 * C for 20 - 30 minutes.
