Georgian turkey with potatoes

Ingredients

turkey 600 g
dry red wine 100 ml
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
bulb onions 1 PC.
potatoes 600 g
fresh tomatoes 2 pcs.
hops-suneli and dry adjika 5 g each
dry cilantro 1 tsp
garlic 3 cloves

Cooking method

  • Cut the turkey into stripes, marinate with onions in red wine and vegetable oil for at least 1 hour,

  • Sprinkle red sweet onion on top and serve directly into the ketsi.
