Ingredients

Dough
water (milk, water + milk) 90 g
wheat flour / grade 150 g
olive oil 20 g
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
pressed yeast 4 g
Filling
basil vinaigrette 2-3 st. l.
green peas 70 g
green beans 50 g
raw egg 5-6 pcs.
Mozzarella 120-140 g.
prosciutto (jamon, jerky, or bacon) 50 g
Basil vinaigrette
fresh basil bol. bundle.
olive oil 6 tbsp. l.
white wine vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
garlic 1 tooth.
salt taste
ground black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Pizza with green peas, prosciutto and basil vinaigretteDissolve yeast in liquid.
  • Mix flour with sugar and salt.
  • Knead the dough in any way you can.
  • The dough is very soft.
  • Round the dough and ferment in a greased dish. Fermentation for 60 minutes.
