Ingredients

duck 1.5-2 kg.

Apples in Grenadine Syrup
apples 3 pcs.
Grenadine 100 g
cinnamon 1 fell.
orange zest 1 PC.
star anise 1 star
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
dry white wine 200 BC
Orange jelly 160 ml
agar-agar 1 g
glucose (invert syrup, corn syrup) 1 tbsp. l.
sugar optional
Orange juice 160 ml.

Cooking method

  • Duck baked with apples and orange confitureBring the port to a boil over low heat,
  • let it simmer for a couple of minutes to evaporate the alcohol.
