Well? We never received an invitation from Crochet on the cake (she crumbled everything herself!). I had to do it myself!
Chocolate gingerbread, it was 400 gr (packing), I made 4 layers, layers were laid alternately with bananas and cherries (frozen. Were large, cut in half). Sour cream was 25%, but as soon as it was mixed with powder, it became completely liquid! Tired of watering and soaking from the plate back into the bowl! In the last portion of sour cream (the one that we will water on top!) I added the remaining banana and cherries, blended everything and poured it on top. This gave a pink color to the "fill" and a fruity note to the "cream". Insisted on 20 hours.
The view is not very (it does not look like a cake), the taste is even very, very! The cherries fit in especially well! Highly recommend! In the morning, one quarter was dying! (And this was after porridge and fresh bread with Chuchelka's cheese with nuts and fenugreek!). Thank you very much!
