Ingredients

Mushrooms 200-300 g.
Onions (medium heads) 3 pcs.
Medium carrots 2 pcs.
Potatoes medium 5-7 pcs.
Chicken fillet 200-300 g.
Butter 30 g
Salt 2-3 tsp
Cream (any fat content to taste) 200-300 ml.
Cheese (if left in the fridge) 50-100 g.

Cooking method

  • I fell in love with the puree soup because all the products can be thrown into it in large, hastily chopped pieces. Mushrooms can be taken fresh, canned or frozen. Frozen mushrooms must first be defrosted, and all the liquid must be drained from canned ones. I prefer sliced ​​champignons. So let's get started.
  • Put a piece of butter in the multicooker bowl, you can add some vegetable oil. Cut onions, carrots into large pieces and send them to the bowl.
  • Close the lid, set the fry-meat program for 30 minutes. Fry onions with carrots for 10 minutes, open the lid, mix. Add mushrooms, fry for another 10 minutes.

  • Add chicken fillet, fry for 10 minutes. If you see that the base is already ready, you can deactivate the frying program ahead of schedule. The last time I turned off the multicooker was after 25 minutes of frying.
  • Add salt, potatoes, water to the bowl, if there is a piece of cheese lying around in the refrigerator, you can also throw it into the soup. Pour water up to 2.5 liters, I always pour a little more, mix.

  • Close the lid, set the meat soup program for 35 minutes. After the end of the program, add cream to the soup, then bring the soup with a blender until smooth. It can be immersed directly in the bowl or pouring the soup into another container, it can be stationary. I pour the soup into a stationary blender. The whole soup fits there in 3 doses, I scroll each portion for 40-50 seconds. Pour the puree soup from the blender into the second bowl. When all the soup has passed from one bowl to another through a blender, I mix the puree soup for more uniformity.
