Lean oat and flaxseed pancakes

Ingredients

ground oatmeal 50 grams
ground flaxseed 15 grams
corn starch 20 grams
salt pinch
any sweetener taste
mineral water with gas 250 ml
baking powder 1 teaspoon
odorless vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

Cooking method

  • Mix all dry ingredients. Pour in water and oil, stir well. Better with a mixer so that there are no lumps.
  • Leave to swell for 20-30 minutes.
  • The consistency of the dough should be like kefir.
  • If it is thick, add some more water.
  • Fry in a well-heated skillet without oil.
