Pancake pie with cottage cheese, bananas and raisins

Ingredients

Filling products:
Cottage cheese 400 - 450 gr
Egg 1 PC
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l (
Sugar according to your taste
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Banana, raisins or other dried fruits of your choice
Filling products:
Eggs 2 pcs
Sour cream 100 g
Sugar according to your taste (
Pancake dough:
Wheat flour 250 g
Semolina 200 g
Sugar 3 - 4 tbsp. l
Salt 0.5 tsp
Dry fast-acting yeast 1 tsp
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Eggs 3 pcs (if small, then 4 pcs)
Milk 0,5 l
Water ~ 0.5 l
Vegetable oil 3 - 4 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Prepare about 15 thin pancakes according to your favorite recipe.
  • I decided to try a new recipe for myself, which I had found on the Internet for a long time, rewrote it for myself, but still could not try it before.
  • Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl. Add all other dry ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
  • In another bowl, beat down eggs, add milk, pour out all the dry mixture and mix well. Look at the uniformity of the pancake mixture. If very thick, then add water little by little. Water can also be added during baking pancakes, since semolina swells and absorbs liquid.
  • Add vegetable oil to the finished dough and you can start baking pancakes.
  • Pancake pie with cottage cheese, bananas and raisins
  • For speed, I began to fry in two pans at once - an old thick cast-iron and non-stick pancake pan. But almost immediately I removed the non-stick, because I immediately noticed the difference in baking on these two pans. Cast-iron pancakes turned out beautiful, lush and with holes. On non-stick, there was almost no such effect.

  • Let's prepare the filling:
  • Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, sugar, banana and vanilla with a blender. Add dried fruits and stir.
  • Spread each pancake with this filling and roll it up.
  • Place the rolled pancakes in a round shape.
  • Prepare the fill:
  • For pouring eggs, sugar and sour cream, beat down with a mixer and pour over the pancakes in the form.
  • Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
  • Allow the cake to cool in a baking dish and place on a plate.
  • When serving, it can be sprinkled with icing sugar, grated chocolate or ground walnuts.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

It turns out very impressive and tasty! And how many variations of the filling you can think up and say is not worth it.
She baked this pancake cake in the Miracle electric oven. But next time I want to try baking in the Princess pizza maker.
My electric frying pan Miracle took 12 pancakes, but I could have put more. You can take any round shape, you can detachable and bake in the oven.

Marina, while I was editing the recipe, you already had time to visit!
This is not the first time I have this - I check all the ingredients, everything is in place. I send the recipe and half of the ingredients are lost somewhere.
We have to urgently return everything to its place
Gaby
Nilochka, the recipe is a masterpiece, you are just a sorceress, everything seems to be so simple, but I would not have guessed. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I put it in my golden fund of bookmarks.
nila
Vikuska, thank you for your kind words!
How well it is said: "the golden fund of bookmarks."
Only I am already afraid to enter my "golden fund of bookmarks." There is a drain of everything that when urgently needed, it is easier to find by search.
Use the recipe, dear! Easy to do and great results!

And I have the same, Nelya! But I'll still bookmark your recipe, the pie is beautifully decorated. Thanks for the recipe!
nila
Marinka, and thank you for not disregarding my Blinny pie!
Although this is not so much a new recipe as just another way to form a pancake pie.
Rituslya
Nelechka, here you are, after all, an inventor!
What a beautiful and aromatic pie turned out from pancakes! Wow! I only bake simple pancakes or stuffed pancakes with my own, and I have never tried such a cake.
Thank you, Nelechka! We need to collect our thoughts and ingredients and ... And take and cook!
Thank you, Nelechka, for the recipe and idea.

Nelya, as you said exactly, I already have 11 pages in my bookmarks and I also use a search engine to find something on the forum. But still, let it be in the bookmarks.

gyyy, Vika, I outdid you! I have 13 pages! I'm all going to get to the bookmarks and clean it up a little. Half of the recipes included there either did not try or did not fit. And VSN is stored, it takes up space! Yes, and there are all sorts of runoffs! Hands will not reach the order!

Girls, I am very pleased that you liked the cake! But I didn’t deserve so many words of praise for my skill. On the contrary, I always try what is simpler, faster, easier to cook. And even with the most affordable products. With the fact that there is always at home at hand!

Pancake pie with cottage cheese, bananas and raisins
With the carnival you girls! I have such a handsome man. True, there was no banana, but there were cottage cheese and raisins, and a lot. Included 13 pancakes, baked in Prinzeska in a silicone mold. He baked for 10 minutes, and then 10 minutes was off.

And the cut is good!
Nastasya78
Can you cook Orson in a multicooker?
Ekaterina2
Nastasya78, I think you can, only the top will be white. And it is very gentle, so as not to crumble, it is better to get it cold.
Nastasya78
Thank you.
nila
Katerina, I have not been on the forum all day, and almost missed your report! It's a shame that I don't have the opportunity to see your photos of the pie right now. It's a pity, but my tablet stopped showing pictures downloaded from the Radical.
But I am sure that your cake is not only handsome, but also pleased with the taste.
Anastasia, Katya has already answered you, for which many thanks to her!
I would answer the same. A multicooker will do well with baking, but it is better to lay the bottom with parchment before placing the pancakes. And before pulling out the cake, it must be well cooled. If it hardens well, it may well jump out of the bowl without parchment.
And yes, you have to be prepared for the top not to brown.
Nastasya78
Doesn't it get damp in the bowl?

I don’t need to write thanks yet, I haven’t made a pie yet ... Probably, the addressee was confused :-)

BlackHairedGirl
I didn't have bananas either. Cottage cheese stuffed with raisins. This is delicious! Thank you, Nelechka!

Tanechka, you have a wonderful pie, albeit without bananas in the filling. The main thing is that your household will like it, and then look and some bananas will appear, and you will try to cook with a banana.
AnastasiaTo prevent the cake from getting damp in the bowl, do not hold it for a long time with the lid closed. Turned off the multicooker and immediately open the lid, otherwise condensation will collect under the lid and drip onto the cake.
Or perhaps you can still take out the valve when baking, I think the condensate will not collect then. But I don't practice this, I just know that many people remove the valve.
And what about an error ... no, I was not mistaken, and I did not confuse 1 ;-D
It doesn't matter if you did it or not.I try to thank all those who were not too lazy to look into Temka and leave their feedback in it.
And try this dish or not, and how to try it, how to cook it, everyone decides for himself. I myself understand perfectly well that there are so many recipes on the forum that there is not enough life to try them all. The bookmarks are bursting with saved recipes. And so I want to try everything, but ... unfortunately ...

This cake is worth trying! My husband has already hinted to me today in Lenta, so that I don't forget to buy cottage cheese for a pie!
nila
Katerina, How interesting ! Does your husband keep track of recipes on our forum?
And my "culinary specialist" only tries ready-made.
Ekaterina2
nila, mine also tastes only (except for pilaf from Elena Tim, he does it excellently). But I'm telling you where I got the recipe. But in principle, nowhere else and do not take anywhere else. Although .... still Lazerson's recipes from the TV channel (and website) Food
nila
Well, if her husband's pilaf from Elena Tim is excellent, then he can cope with all the other recipes from the forum just as excellently!
And my husband already has TWO dishes that turn out excellently - fried eggs and fried eggs with potatoes (this is when he heats mashed potatoes on the second day in a frying pan and drives in an egg
But no, I lied a little, there are still many dishes I prepared in advance and heated in the microwave
