Date caramel sauce

Ingredients

pitted dates 100g
milk 300 ml
salt little pinch

Cooking method

  • Pour the pitted dates with cold milk and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
  • Then beat everything with a blender.
  • Salt the resulting mass to taste and boil over low heat until the density you need.
  • If you want thinner, add some milk before boiling.

I don't know how much it could be boiled down, brought it to a boil and turned it off. The sauce turned out to be thick, in a spoonful it lies, does not spread. Therefore, the question arose whether the milk curdled)
