Ingredients

Minced chicken or turkey 100g
Egg ½ pieces - 25 grams
Carrot ½ medium - 60 grams
Bell pepper ½ small piece - 60 grams
Bulb onions 50 grams
Garlic 1 slice
Loaf white 1 slice - 20 grams
Water for soaking bread 20 grams
Salt, red pepper, spices taste
Sunflower oil for frying 2 tablespoons - 18 grams

Cooking method

  • Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper. Soak the loaf in water. Mix all. Form cutlets with wet hands and fry them on both sides in sunflower oil.
