Hello. I would like to share the experience of using the budgetary planetary mixer Kitfort KT-1308. I bought it in August 2017, I use it intensively, almost every day. Why he? Dyoshev, this is the first thing. Over the summer I have acquired (not without the help of this site) a certain "set" of kitchen appliances. This is familiar to many, isn't it? Lost the old Elenberg bread machine - 11 years old! (aka "Alaska"), bought "Redmond 1910" and sold it almost immediately. HOW TO KNE THE Dough?

Svethen, Svetulya, I would like to hear from you a little more about this unit.
Power, attachments, bowl, weight of the unit, its dimensions in HxWxD, what dough it was kneading, what is the maximum amount of flour it can knead, the maximum number of eggs for beating, etc.
And I would like to know your impressions.
Svethen
I wanted to add more photos, but they are not uploaded to the gallery, I could not figure out why. So experience: the dough was kneaded different: yeast, dumplings, shortbread, biscuit ... Eggs - from 2. There is a trick: you put an ordinary paper napkin under the mixer bowl and ... everything gets even better! The whisk reaches the bottom. The eggs are turning into what foam you need! Photos are put.

A very valuable trick, very useful to someone.
Svethen
Not mine, I read somewhere in the reviews, thanks to this person, really helped with the eggs!
Wildebeest
Svethen, Svetulya, so you brought this trick here. Thanks to you.
Svethen

This is how the bottom of the bowl looks like: Kitfort KT-1308, planetary mixer , all made of metal, the bowl is easy to clean outside and inside.

Svethen, Sveta, how many liters of bowl, you never said. Where are the stirrer attachments, beaters?
Svethen
Bowl with a volume of 4.2 liters. Here are the attachments and accessories: Kitfort KT-1308, planetary mixer

I did not use the lid, it is new, and the spatula is very comfortable.

It turns out that he has a medium-sized bowl, and in the first photo it seems that it is 6.5 liters.
Svethen
It became difficult to insert pictures. I'll continue later.
Bread yeast for 400g of flour (we can't overpower it anymore, it's 2 loaves) perfectly kneads. 10 minutes - maximum kneading time, proofing and kneading for another 10 minutes. Then - as usual: for proving, as a rule, in a bowl (we are lazy) and do not shake it out, in a warm place, molding - proofing - baking, like everyone else.

Dimensions, mm (the whole device is assembled)
380 x 187 x 364

Weight, g
4200. As for me, the machine fits into the kitchen, at first it was planned to put it in the closet, but due to the frequency of use it stands on the table. But the kitchen is rather big.

Sveta, when proofing in a metal bowl, even though in a warm place, the dough is not cold? It seems to me that the metal is cold. But these are my cockroaches.
Svethen

It’s not cold, we have a warm place, and the metal keeps the heat very well. And in summer, on the street in the shade, I put it on a proofer (well, in my yard, of course).

Tomorrow I will try to insert a photo of the bread dough in the process and the result. While I feel like a troll, inserting advertising links instead of their photos. So please forgive me.

Warranties or is it a lifetime?
Since on another resource they wrote that now the service life of the mixers has been reduced from 5 years to 2x

Oh, what a topic, I will subscribe, I have such, like (color is different).
I’m slowing down, usually it was not necessary to beat one egg, but for everyone, how can I put a napkin under the bowl, should it go into the groove?

And another question for all those in the know - the dough mixer first is actively discussed nearby and it looks very nice. What do you think, if you have our handsome kitfort, you should also look at the kneader or is it the same dates, only in profile?
ladnomarina
Deana, If you have a mixer with an attachment, you need a kneader hook, if you need to knead more than 500.0 flour. I get by by doing 2 batches. For example, dough on dumplings, while one is resting, the other is being made.

bought "Redmond 1910 and sold it almost immediately. HOW TO Knead the dough? And here's what:
The same story. Redmond groaned from the tight kolobok, and welled up. They returned the money, and bought the same mixer, and Panasik 2512 stove. Both are happy as an elephant.
Deana
ladnomarina, thank you! I don’t interfere so much, so you don’t need to think about the mixer! Saving!

Hello colleagues! Having started for health, I have to finish ...

So, I'm telling you: 10 months of active use have passed. Active - every day, we knead bread-muffins-dumplings-cookies-waffles, but everything is only for the family, that is, the mixer, in addition to the dough, kneaded minced meat, whipped proteins, beat cream - but this is not so often.

That piece of iron on which the attachments are put on began to dangle. What was possible, my husband disassembled, tightened, lubricated. But this did not save the poor man - he began to switch off during the mixing process.

2 years warranty - taken to service. Accepted, wow! for 45 days. After heroically mixing 3 days with my hands and realizing that normal heroes always go around, I bought Bosch for inexpensive, according to the action, judging that two mixers are more difficult to kill than one

Then everything is sad: exactly 45 days later, the service sent an SMS that the mixer was ready. I came to pick up and did not recognize the poor man: all tattered, tattered, dirty, in some kind of stinking engine oil. I'm shocked. Friday evening, I don't think so, it's hot.

I brought him home, but it was not there, he turned out to be not alive at all.

I wrote to Kitfort service, but they have days off until Monday, and this corpse just infuriates me (although I washed it). Washed!

, I put it in a bag and dragged it away. And she wrote a claim to the vile service. I handed it over on Monday, clean and with paper.

Then Kitforth showed up - with words of sympathy, damn it, no words! Then, however, a couple of days later they offered to send him to St. Petersburg, at their expense, by a transport company - for repairs. Yeah, option, I have nothing to do.

But my sad tale ended well, as it should be. The service offered an exchange / refund after 4 days. It is clear that I took the money, Bosch has been kneading for a month.

Oh, more. I paid for it in cash by pure chance; when buying in a store, the terminal did not work. The cashier said that they would return money to the card for a MONTH.

Sorry for the mnogobukov, but the story came out instructive for me. CSN-retail network. I will not hide, let everyone know!

It has been working for me for 2 years, I use it almost every day.

Svethen,
Apart from the breakdown, what is the general impression of the mixer? Were there any other significant claims against him?
I am currently looking at different models of kitfort mixers. Unfortunately, there is very little information. Do you think your mixer is broken - there is not enough power, or a quality problem, the mechanism is poorly thought out?

ladnomarina,
Please tell me, do you use the kitfort bread dough mixer? Or is it still for lighter work? And what is your general impression of him?
Lanna
I have 1324 the second year, I often mix minced meat for sausages and other 2-2.5 kg, it copes. In addition to bread and dumplings, everything is on it, although I also mixed them several times for the sake of curiosity.
I'm happy with him)
Svoboda
I am now the proud owner of this machine! I took it just for bread, buns. In our town there is no choice, we didn't want to wait with delivery. Then I read a lot of reviews, there are negative ones. I still like him
LinaShu
Lanna, thanks for the answer!
I look at kitfort models with more power, but reviews are few. On other sites - very suspicious (a few positive, written with a difference of several days). So your feedback is very valuable

Svoboda,, and how long have you been using it?

Lanna, thanks for the answer!
Moreover, given that minced meat usually turns out very tight, I was worried that I would not be able to cope - it takes a long time and until white threads to knead, - no, well done, everything pulls)))
I also really like making custard dough in it, I heat it right in the mixer bowl.
The only thing I regret is that I didn't buy it before? I had a quarter-century old Phillips bowl mixer, blender and bread maker - and I wondered why I needed it? but now it’s like no hands ...
I was looking for the most budgetary of the planetary, zryapaty in the outback are ridiculous ((Before buying, I wrote off with the girls owners from YouTube, a recommendation-feedback and hence from HP.

Svoboda, and how long have you been using it?
Only 3 days, so it's too early to draw conclusions about reliability ... I decided not to load it too much, in principle, the dough is normally kneaded at 3 speeds, the ingredients are mixed at all at the minimum. But I noticed that if the dough is tight, then his head twitches strongly, he even jumps himself, the Velcro does not hold up, so you have to be careful! I just need to knead the liquid dough there, it's uncomfortable with my hands, it sticks and takes a long time, so it suits me.
I make dough every day, or even twice - bread and buns, today I made Chelsea buns from Mistletoe, half a portion for only 200 g of flour, I had to actively help him to put everything in a pile
Easter is coming soon, that's the main test!
LinaShu
Lanna, Svoboda, thank you for your responses! More and more leaning towards this brand

Good luck with your choice!
I have several of their devices - induction (generally Masthav turns out to be among moonshiners!))), A mixer, a vacuum packer, something like a waffle iron. When I was looking for a year or two ago, I didn’t see any very negative reviews in the internet for them, everything is in the area plus or minus 4 fours ... 1 year warranty.
