Sour cream 150 grams
Slaked soda vinegar 1h l
Baking powder 1h l
Salt 1h l

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs, sugar and softened butter with a mixer. Add sour cream, salt, baking soda, beat a little. Add flour last.
  • The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
  • Put about two tablespoons in the compartment, then the dough will not flow when baking and the waffles will be even and beautiful.
