Pickled tofu

Ingredients

tofu 300 BC
teriyaki sauce 3 tbsp. l.
honey 3 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
balsamic vinegar 6% 2 tbsp. l.
grated garlic 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Pickled tofuMeasure all the ingredients into a bowl.
  • Pickled tofuStir until smooth.
  • Pickled tofuCut the tofu into large cubes.
  • Pickled tofuPlace the tofu in the marinade. Mix gently. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • When serving, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.

  • Cooking is not difficult; fasting is delicious. The main thing is to do everything with love and not eat each other!

And I bought as many as 10 packs of "silk" tofu, which has a completely homogeneous consistency and is very delicate, it is impossible even to mix it in cubes - it breaks. It seems to me that it can only be used in Japanese soup or desserts. I hope that it will go with us in such a fragrant dressing.

I didn't have a teriyaki either, instead of garlic I took garlic powder. Delicious dressing!
