Sweet sushi

Ingredients

rice for sushi 2 glasses
water for cooking rice 4 glasses
coconut cream 400 gram
vanilla pudding quick cooking 80 gram
sugar half a glass
soy leaves 5 items
strawberry kiwi 200 grams
maple syrup for serving

Cooking method

  • Cook rice for sushi (cooked in a slow cooker).
  • Mix the sugar and coconut cream pudding over low heat, when the sugar dissolves, add the cooked rice and stir for a minute over low heat.
  • Allow to cool completely (done in the evening, cooled the night in the refrigerator).
  • Cut the fruit into cubes.
  • Form sushi (the sheets are very easy to roll). The picture shows sushi from a finished sheet with sumsum.
  • Serve with a bottle of maple syrup (like soy sauce). I don’t know how long it’s kept, they ate everything in 2 days.
