  • This soup differs from other vegetable soups in that vegetables are stewed right in a saucepan, I don't know for this reason or not, but for me it tastes better than all vegetable soups, it has some amazing taste and aroma. I cook this soup throughout the year, I especially love it in the season of fresh vegetables. The main proportions of vegetables were given for two servings of soup, the rest according to the text.
  • At the bottom of a saucepan with a thick bottom or stewpan, pour 3-4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and put a piece of butter. When I am not allowed to eat fats, I do not use any oil at all, or I slightly grease the bottom with vegetable oil so as not to burn.
  • Vegetable soup "All-season" Then we begin to lay the sliced ​​vegetables in layers: carrot.
  • Vegetable soup "All-season" Potato or like my turnip or zucchini, or pumpkin, or you can have a little bit of everything.

  • Salt, if, like me, do not use salt, replace it with ground pepper, any herbs as you wish, but do not overdo it so as not to clog the taste of the soup.
