Ingredients

Dough
Kefir 1 tbsp.
Flour 2 tbsp.
Filling
Pork 300 g
Beef 300 g
Chinese cabbage (coarse parts) 400 g
Large onion 1 PC.
Salt, pepper, Italian herbs taste
Olive oil for coating

Cooking method

  • Knead flour and kefir dough. I kneaded in a bread maker on the "Pelmeni" mode for 20 minutes. The dough recipe from Tanya-Admin is given here: Dumplings, dumplings, noodles (recipes) # 7
  • Pass the pork, beef, Chinese cabbage and onion through a fine grinder. For the minced meat, I used the coarse pieces of Chinese cabbage, which are left over from making salads.

  • Roll out the dough thinly enough. I did it with a dough roller. Put the rolled out layers on a dough mat sprinkled with flour. Put the minced meat in piles on one half of the layer, crush it to make flat cakes.

  • Cover with the second half of the layer, crush the dough between the minced meat pieces and cut with a knife into separate moults.

  • Coat each of them with olive oil with a cooking brush. Place them in a fryer pan.

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
