Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Note: I bake muffins in two small cotton buckets, so the ingredients are indicated for one bucket, and in brackets - the total amount for two muffins.

  • OPTION I. KIND IN HP.
  • 1. Put in each of the two buckets:
  • - softened butter, cut into pieces
  • - eggs
  • - sugar
  • Place the buckets in the cotton, start program 10 "Pasta" (kneading the dough without heating and proofing, 14 minutes)
  • If the cotton does not mix well (perhaps if the oil is not soft enough) - help with a silicone spatula.
  • 2. Take out the buckets with the mixed contents, measure in each of them:
  • - flour
  • - baking powder
  • - cocoa
  • Reinstall the buckets in the x / p and run the program 10 "Pasta".
  • 3. Prepare the cherries, be sure to check for pits! If you are using a different filling, please note that it must be dry and not sticky. For example, adding finely chopped marmalade to the cake (only natural, which does not melt when baking), it should be rolled in flour.
  • When the timer remains 5 minutes before the end of the batch - put the filling into buckets.

  • OPTION II. MIX WITH A MIXER
  • For me it turned out to be preferable - both faster and better mixes.
  • 1. Put softened butter in a container and beat it with a mixer, gradually adding eggs first, then sugar, then flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Mix everything well.
  • 2. Add dried cherries to the resulting mass and mix slightly with a spoon.
  • 3. Spread the mass evenly in two buckets (you do not need to put the spatulas), slightly level the top.

  • BAKING
  • 4. Start program 13 "Baking" (lasts 1 hour). Total baking time - 1 hour 30 minutes, therefore, after the end of the program, it must be restarted and turned off after half an hour.
  • Note: it is possible to automate the process by installing a home program, but I do not do this, because my homemade one was selected for sourdough bread, which is baked every day, and I do not touch it)

Note

If desired, you can remove the cocoa from the dough (then the cake will turn out to be "ordinary"), and use nuts, candied fruits, raisins, marmalade or whatever you want as a filling
