Ingredients

If you do not want to use the microwave, you can simply boil the zucchini in salted water for 2 minutes.
The recipe from the book of the “Gastronome Book” series “About pasta” is taken as a basis.
In the spring, boscaiola is prepared from dried porcini mushrooms (about 30 g, soak for 1 hour, cut and then cook like champignons. Keep water from the mushrooms and use when cooking pasta). Of course, white is a more advantageous option, but it was also delicious with mushrooms.
Never ignore black pepper - it is vital here! Parsley also brings its own flavor. In version with zucchini for zucchini she can muffle the zucchini.
Also, in this recipe, you can replace not all of the pasta with zucchini, but only part. In the original recipe, 500 g of rigatoni (dry) are prepared for 4 servings.
